Welcome to Articify, a division of Gozo Graphics Limited. By using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Gozo Graphics Limited. Please read them carefully before placing any orders. Scope of Services
Gozo Graphics Limited specializes in manufacturing and selling custom and off-the-shelf products including prints, neon lights, desk lamps, canvas prints, acrylic prints, garments (t-shirts, etc.), mugs, jigsaw puzzles, and other related items.
Orders
1. Order Process
- All orders must be placed through our website or authorized sales channels.
- Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing the order details.
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2. Custom Orders
- Custom orders require the submission of specific design files or details as per our guidelines.
- By submitting a custom design, you represent and warrant that you have the full rights to use the design and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
- You agree to indemnify and hold Gozo Graphics Limited harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from any infringement or alleged infringement of third-party rights related to the custom designs you submit.
3. Order Changes and Cancellations
- Changes or cancellations to orders must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.
Pricing and Payment

- Prices for our products are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
- All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment Methods
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
- Payment must be made in full before we process and ship your order.

Returns and Refunds

- We accept returns of standard products within 14 days of receipt. Custom products are non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

2. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Warranty and Liability
1. Product Warranty
- Our products come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period varies by product and will be specified on our website or product packaging.
2. Liability
- Gozo Graphics Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- Our maximum liability for any product shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Privacy and Data Protection
1. Data Collection
- We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
- When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

- If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
- For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
